Más dificil aún, es imaginar que los bancos, quienes prestan un servicio al alquilar ese espacio físico de almacenaje de cosas o dinero, abriendo las cajas de seguridad y haciendo uso de lo que hay dentro de ellas.
La legislación, por lógica no se los permite, y es por ello que necesitamos una legislación acorde a los tiempos en que vivimos, que regule también nuevos servicios publicos de telecomunicaciones y almacenaje.
Necesitamos que se restringa el uso de los datos personales por parte de los prestadores de servicios de internet en todos sos aspectos.
Es hora de exigir eso para permitirles operar en los diferentes estados. Es un derecho constitucional de los mismos.
La regulación a imaginar es mucha, y por solo mencionar algunas ideas, se deben exigir cualidades minimas de prestación de servicios, con servidores locales, almacenajes locales y con acceso restringido controlado.
Hoy google rastrea todos los movimientos que hacemos con los celulares. No solo usa esa entre tantas otras informaciones para hacer negocios, sino que además no existe legislación que le exija dar información, que por su origen y su esencia es de caracter público y podría ser útil para decidir proyectos gubernamentales para por ejemplo, disminuir el trafico.
